What is my initial investment?

There are two IN2IT™ franchise models (Express and Standard). The total estimate you will need to open your own business ranges from $88,000 to $219,000. These amounts include three months of working capital and are detailed out in our Franchise Disclosure Document.

What is the royalty fee for the franchise?

For all IN2IT Nutrition & Fitness™ models, the royalty fee is 4% of gross revenues. Currently, we are running a promotion by waving all royalty fees for the first 90 days. This demonstrates our commitment to the success of your business.

Is there any experience needed to be awarded an IN2IT™ Franchise?

No experience required. IN2IT Nutrition & Fitness™ will provide all the training you need to successfully operation your own business.

How many employees do I need?

You can start with as little as two people including yourself. However, you will need to acquire more employees as your business grows.

What type of facility do I need?

Depending on the model, anywhere from 500-1000 square feet for an express model or 1500-2000 square feet for a standard model.

Does IN2IT Nutrition & Fitness™ provide financing?

No, we do not offer financing but can refer you to third parties who may be to help you.

Will I receive a protected territory?

Yes, each franchise owner is awarded a protected territory of up to 5 miles driven from any direction of your business and includes up to 100,000 population.

How much training will I receive?

Your training will consist of 5 days instruction at our corporate office for you and two other people. During this time, you will learn basic operations, fitness techniques, hiring trainers, membership programs, client retention and much more. Do I get support for my franchise after my training is completed?

Yes, we will provide on-site pre-opening and/or grand opening assistance. In addition we will provide you with on-going assistance and guidance with policies, customer service, marketing and advertising, and operational issues, as we are committed to your success.
